Mike Dorociak is President and CEO of the Vanguard Community Management offices. Mike joined Associa and Vanguard in Spring 2009, bringing strong Customer Service and Operational experience from the Accounting, Publishing and Information Provider industries. In addition to his degree in Accounting, Mike also has his MBA in Operations Management from DePaul University and has earned his Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt Certificate in Operational Excellence from Villanova University. Mike is a member of CAI and is working toward attaining his Community Management Certifications.

Julie has thirteen years of association accounting management experience. She has a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Houston and is a Certified Public Accountant. She has been with Vanguard for seven years and is the Executive Vice President of Vanguard and a member of Associa’s Financial Forum. Julie also participates as an instructor in VCM’s in-house educational program for Board Members.

Daneen has been with Vanguard for eighteen years and is responsible for Vanguard’s corporate accounting and is the head of Human Resources. Daneen also oversees VCM’s Customer Service Department.

Chris has been with Vanguard for twenty one years and has developed many of our customized management procedures. She has earned the CMCA designation and the PCAM designation, which is the highest level of achievement awarded by the Community Association Institute. VCM was named as Associa's Office of the Year for 2004. Chris has been a member of Associa's elite Baron's Club for two years in a row. Chris supervises all the day-to-day functions of the company and its employees. Chris is also a member of the "Ask The Experts" team and is a regular contributor to trade magazines, newspaper articles and trade association seminars as well as VCM’s own in-house educational program.
