Free Seminar Gives Homeowners Information on FHA and Impact to Homeowner Associations
Vanguard Community Management and Keay & Costello, P.C. Educate Homeowners on FHA, New Rulings and Why Associations Need to be Informed
Schaumburg, IL August 13, 2009 - VCM and Keay & Costello, P.C. will break down the specifics of recent rulings surrounding federal loans: how much can be borrowed, what interest rates can be expected, mortgage payment expectations and other information necessary to make an informed loan decision. Homeowner association members will gain valuable knowledge on how new FHA rulings affect associations. Association members will also receive information on what an FHA approved association list is, why it might be good to go through the steps to be approved and what it takes to be approved.
